Don't you mean, should MAGA politicians be tried for criminal activity?


This isn't a political trial. It is the trial of someone who has had a 4-year job as a politician. The crimes aren't that unique only the criminal. This judge has tried hundreds of cases before, and his fairness has never been an issue as far as I know. Are you aware of anything he's done in this case so far that would disqualify him? Lastly, this isn't a bench trial, it is a jury trial and the verdict is up to 12 citizens who will decide the facts of the case.
